Nope, the actual tower is leaning southwards, and the Eiffel tower is Northwest of Pisa. Thus, if you take the perspective that’s used in the drawing, you’d have to be in the southwest corner of the continent (think Spain) and would see the tower of Pisa leaning somewhat to the right (and towards you)
