though i totally get that scare i personally am a little happy when i wake up a little before the alarm clock: i get to then lay back and emotionally prepare for the tragic ring

It’s not about waking up before the alarm clock. It’s about it being the time to wake up, no matter that you’re already awake or still asleep

there’s this nutritionist i like who calls alarms clocks, just like caffeine & cigarettes, stimulants
